Biometric Attendance System launched 4/1/2016 11:27:36 PM Early Times Report Samba, Apr 1 : District Development Commissioner, Sheetal Nanda today inaugurated Aadhaar based Biometric Attendance System for employees at DC Office complex. National Informatics Centre, Samba is the implementing agency and software using BAS has been developed by NIC. The DDC directed the employees to sincerely mark both incoming and outgoing attendance using BAS on daily basis so that punctuality in the office is maintained. She also directed the employees who don't have Aadhaar number to download it from UIDAI website or re-register if the Aadhaar generation is pending for long.
