The ex-ministers from BJP quota have failed miserably to deliver anything for the cause of Jammu during their ten month tenure of happy honeymoon. The campaign was kept in full swing to re-stitch the alliance and ex-Dy.CM remained targeted for leading this campaign, which was overlooked by the PDP and given no 'keep it up' by saffron party and Delhi leadership of BJP, and the re-marriage for better days has been managed and re-arranged by the Central leadership of BJP, where state leadership cannot claim applause.
The ongoing battle for portfolios and ministerial faces between BJP, finding space in media, this may be within the PDP also, but there it seems, almost negligible as the party leadership do not require decisions from anyone else like our Jammu counterpart, from saffron brigade and central leadership, is not a healthy sign to sustain for a long life. The bold and hard statement of probable CM as reported in media that "Power and Urban development departments will be held by CM (Earlier held by Sh. Nirmal Singh ex-Dy.CM) which is not only important for quality development of state and also to implement many government schemes. Nirmal Singh has failed to deliver much in the urban development, he could not give vision and Building by Laws was floated." This is a matter of concern for BJP that their elected 'Neta' in Jammu and probable Dy.CM has been held as a leader of no ideas of rural development and he has been made to stand with those who are accused of floating building Laws. This is an act which requires a thorough enquiry to give clean chit to ex-Dy.CM. This can be taken as a pre warning that coming days for ex-Dy.CM are not going to harmonious as all citizens as well as opposition parties have the right to ask about exact role of ex-Dy.CM in floating of building laws. With regard to Power ministry also there are very perturbing statement of probable CM that allegations were made and reported in media about financial irregularities in the department and he could not carry forward the central government schemes on improving power sector. If the statement of probable CM communicated by PDP sources and reported to be communicated to BJP, if fourth pillar of democracy is to be believed, then it means that the minister holding these portfolios was not efficient or experienced and it gives strength to the observations and voice of people of Jammu, that ex-ministers were indulging in corrupt practices, were inexperienced, and inefficient. What the people of Jammuties can expect from such ministers as they are being exposed prior to induction by non else than probable CM. Such type of developments requires bold repulsions, but power hungry cannot dare as such.
After formation of the government and taking oath as ministers (Who so ever) from BJP quota, their hollow slogans and hollow promises (owing to their no say in the government) will be finding a space in electronic and print media and common man will be enjoying the melodious song of Bollywood film 'Nikah' oozing from power corridors "Faza Bhi Hai Jawan Jawan - - - Suna Raha Hai Yeh Sama, Suni Suni Se Dastan". |
