Civil Defence basic training course concludes 5/6/2016 10:35:22 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 6: Civil Defence in collaboration with SDRF organized five days long civil defence basic training course at higher secondary school Janipur today concluded. A demonstration cum lecture program was organized under the able guidance of Director General of Police Commandant General HG/CD and SDRF S Gopal Reddy, and under supervision of Deputy Controller Civil Defence Tajinder Kour. On the concluding day the participating students and staff members made aware of how to act during disasters, Students and other participants got training about how to safe self and others. Rescue from high building, MFR and fire fighting, flood, natural disasters. The school management including Manohar Gupta,Managing Director and Rishi Gupta Principal highly appreciated the trainers and the organizations including Civil Defence and SDRF. The management highlighted that these programs are the need of the days. They also requested the organizations to arrange more programs in the future and include the students of adjoining school also using the premises of Activity Public Higher secondary School.
