Govt enhances retirement age of AIDCL employees to 60 years | | | Early Times Report Srinagar, May 18: The Board of Jammu and Kashmir State Agro Industries Development Corporation Limited (JKAIDCL) Wednesday decided to enhance the retirement age of the employees of the Corporation from 58 to 60 years. This decision was taken in 64th Board of Directors (BoD) meeting of the Corporation held here under the chairmanship of Minister for Agriculture Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura who is also the chairman of the Corporation. The Board decided that an employee of J&K AIDCL in service on 01-06-2014, or appointed on or after that date, shall retire on his attaining the age of 60 years. Implementation of 6th Pay Commission issue was agreed in principle, however, the Board directed the Managing Director of the Corporation to come up with draft resolution to workout financial implications in this regard. To improve the working of the Corporation, the Board decided that the J&K AIDCL will take three posts of General Manager from General Administration Department (GAD) on deputation basis and their pay will be drawn from the Corporation. |
