DPS, Nagbani pays rich tributes to Maharani Yasho Rajyalakshmi 5/24/2016 11:52:36 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 24: The Management, Principal and staff of Delhi Public School, Nagbani paid rich tributes to her Highness Maharani Yasho Rajyalakshmi ji, wife of Dr. Karan Singh ji who left for heavenly abode on May 24, 2009. A portrait of Maharani ji was put up and floral tributes were paid by the Management, Principal and staff of the school. Paying rich tributes to Maharani, M K Ajatshatru Singh who is the Chairman/Trustee of Maharaja Hari Singh Social and Education Foundation said that she was deeply involved with the social welfare, first as Chairperson of State Social Welfare Board, then other activities with women literacy and welfare work. She was also engaged in looking after mentally challenged children at Okhla in New Delhi. S S Sodhi, Director Delhi Public School, Nagbani paid his homage to Maharani ji and appreciated her social work for the weaker section of the society.
