Pallanwala PP head had also 'teased' girl, attached to DPL Khour PS rape case: 5/25/2016 12:35:38 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, May 24: A fortnight or so after the arrest of Khour police station SHO Mohammad Iqbal Chagatta for allegedly raping a woman in police custody and SPO Mamta Kumari for acting as a facilitator to the crime, a senior police officer today ordered the attachment of Pallanwala police post incharge to DPL, following his involvement in the 'teasing' of the victim. Pallanwala PP incharge Vishal Dogra was attached to the DPL here by SSP, Jammu, and Jeet Singh was posted in his place as new PP head, according to police sources. Sources said after the recovery of the girl, who had eloped with her lover and solemnised marriage with him, she was allegedly teased by Pallanwala PP head Vishal Dogra. This became known in a departmental probe conducted by a senior police officer, sources claimed. Since there was no woman cop at Pallanwala PP, the girl was later forwarded to SHO Chagatta. The inquiry revealed that there was no coordination between the SHO and the PP incharge and the duo allegedly kept teasing the girl. During investigation, the senior police officer also came to know that the concerned police had charged money from the victim's family, sources alleged.
