DH Poonch lacks basic facilities, patients not provided medicines 6/20/2016 11:49:33 PM Early Times Report Poonch, June 20: With the apathetic attitude of local administration, the people of Poonch district area are facing huge difficulties in getting health facilities at District Hospital Poonch. Sources told Early Times that the facilities which are provided by government at all district hospital are disappeared at District Hospital Poonch. "The essential medicines which are supposed to be available at hospital are not in stock with the hospital as a result of which patients are forced to purchase medicines from nearby shops and alleged that medical officers get some benefits from medical stores," they said.
