Sikhs demand cabinet berth for SSS Ahluwalia

Jammu, July 7: Various Sikh Organizations J&K have expressed deep sorrow for not according a cabinet berth to S.S.S. Ahluwalia, who being a most experienced Member and well versed with the Principles concerning each and every issue, but just made a Minister of State for Agriculture
The Sikh Community have been facing a number problems for their welfare as the said community had actually made sacrifices in getting the country Independence during 1947 besides getting elected 282 Members of Parliament in the elections during 2014 were very much expecting that a Sikh personnel as S.S.S. Ahluwalia should have been extended with a Cabinet berth, who could have solved a number of problems which the Sikh community is facing
They have appealed both the Prime Minister Narinder Modi as well as well as BJP party President Amit Shah to give a thought thereby extending a berth in the Cabinet to S.S.S. Ahluwalia, as it being only the Sikh Regiment who fought in the front at the borders having made their sacrifices for their Country for their Country till date.
Coming upon the coalition of both PDP-BJP in J&K State, they appealed to the BJP party President and M.L.A Sat Pal Sharma to recommend for extending a berth to Sikh representative so that he could solve the problems of Sikh Community as the subject relating to Minority Status extended to Sikh Community in J&K state so that they manage their difficulties being faced by them.
They also appealed to Chief Minister Mehbhooba Mufti to extend a berth to Sikh personnel in the Cabinet so as to get their problems solved, being faced by them especially Minority commission to be framed of entire Sikh community in J&K State.
The meeting was held under the chairmanship of S. Mohinder Singh, chief organizer, Bhai Khanaiya Nishkam Sewa Society J&K and Ex-member of DGPC Jammu with a joint meeting with Sikh United Front, All India Sikh Students Federation, Sikh Welfare Society, elected members of DGPC Jammu and Sikh Naujawan Sabha,
