HC directive over cops' select list for Poonch distt 7/7/2016 11:01:24 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 7: In a petition challenging the select list of constables for Poonch district, High Court Judge Janak Raj Kotwal today issued notice to state and others and ordered that subject to objections, the list under all categories shall remain subject to further orders. During the course of hearing, the petitioner's counsel submitted that candidates were selected in a pick and choose manner and liberty was given to them in the written test to do cutting in their answer sheets while replying the questions. He submitted that if a particular candidate marked an answer as wrong, he could put a cross on the said answer and mark another option available in the particular question.
