Awareness camp under Swacch Bharat Mission held 7/14/2016 10:38:58 PM Early Times Report Reasi, July 14 In continuation to the efforts underway to achieve Open Defecation Free (ODF) status for different blocks of district by eliminating the practice of open defecation and effective management of solid and liquid waste in rural areas, a massive awareness camp was held at Panchayat Mari-B of district Reasi today. District Panchayat Officer Reasi Rajeev Khajuria, BDO Akshi Gupta, Field Staff of RDD, Members of PRIs and people in large number were present on the occasion. DDC Ravinder Kumar exhorted upon the people especially the members of PRIs to complete the task by constructing IHHL (Individual Households Latrine) units in the area and also directed the RDD officials to take effective steps for managements of solid and liquid wastes generated in the rural areas under SLWMP (Solid Liquid & Waste Management Project).   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
