Rathian, residents protest against power, water shortage 7/14/2016 10:40:14 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, July 14: Irate residents of Rathian area of Udhampur district today stages protest against bad condition of road, shortage of water and power supply here. Raising slogans against PDD, PWD and PHE Departments and the local administration, the protesters demanded from district administration to start the construction of much delayed Mahatma Gandhi Marg Road. They also highlights the other issues including acute shortage of water and electricity in different areas of Rathian, while the authorities concerned have failed to solve their problem. "We have apprised the authorities regarding our miseries but they are not paying any heed to our demands, we seek uninterrupted power and water supply," a protester maintained.
