Fire broke out at Ist floor of JKTDC 7/14/2016 10:43:59 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 14:Jammu Kashmir Tourism Department Cooperation (JKTDC) came into limelight this morning when first floor of the building caught fire due to the short circuit in main switch of the building but no damage to property and loss of life have been reported. The incident happen at around 10:42am in the morning when the first floor of accounts department of JKTDC building cought fire due to the short circuit in main switch of the electricity board and sofa set which was placed near the circuit was set ablaze. The fire got spread all across the room. However, there were no reports of loss of lives and damage to property. An official of Fire Department Jammu, he said that there is no need to panic because situation is now under control. He also added that without wasting any time a crew of fire fighter came on the spot immediately after the incident to avoid any sought of damage.
