Jammu, July 14: A deputation of J&K United School Teachers Association (USTA) met Director School Education (DSE) Smita Sethi in her office chamber and put forth a charter of demands seeking early redressal of their demands. According to spokesperson USTA, the delegation took up various demands of teaching fraternity which included Transfer all masters and lecturers who have completed their tenure in far flung areas by adopting transparent transfer policy, release salary of masters working overall cadre, SSA, RMSA. Release Sr. teacher grade in favor of undergraduate teachers, adjust masters whose DPC was made Feb. 2014 and to regularize all ReTs who have completed five years of their services. The Director School Education (DSE) gave patience hearing to their grievances and assured to resolve the issues in her competency. Among those who were the part of this delegation included Rajeev Kumar , Dr Shashi Pal Singh, Angad Singh, Shanti Saroop Sharma, Raj Kumar, Sazad Mirza, Ganesh Dutt, Balwant Singh, Wali Mohd, Sudesh Kumar,Thuru Singh and Dwarka Nath. |
