Minor girl alleges rape, accused held 7/20/2016 10:50:45 PM Early Times Report udhampur, July 20: Following a written complainant lodged by the family of a minor girl (15) with Police Station Ramnagar of Udhampur district, the police have arrested an elderly accused for alleged rape. According to the police sources, a written complainant was lodged by the minor's family at Police Station Ramnagar alleging therein that the girl was raped by a person when she had gone to graze the animals in nearby forest. Accordingly an FIR No. 79/16 u/s 376 CrPC was registered against accused 65 years old man namely Bijjha son of Chidu of village Beernoo Ramnagar.
