| MC Rajouri swoop on encroachers | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, July 20: Rajouri municipal committee today carried on an extensive anti-encroachment drive in old city and removed encroachments made by shopkeepers.
Municipal committee led by EO Manjoor Lone and in charge police post city Mohd Fareed carried the drive from old bus stand and after removing encroachments from city chowk,, tehsil office area, the municipal committee team removed stalls created illegally by shop keepers in front of their shops creating a huge mess for the common man.
The committee members also warned them not to make encroachments in future otherwise strict legal action will be initiated. It's worthwhile to mention here that many shop keepers in city making a mockery of rules and regulations had made illegal encroachments in the entire city by installing stalls of different items in front of their shops. |
