NYC criticizes Jammu West MLA 7/20/2016 11:06:44 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 20: Nationalist Youth Congress (NYC) has criticized the legislator of Jammu West Constituency for what they termed as utter failure to provide basic amenities in the constituency.
