SEECC holds meeting, discuss problems 7/20/2016 11:07:31 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 20: School Education Employees Coordination Committee (SEECC) held meeting at Jammu under the chairmanship of its president, N S Jamwal and Ganesh Khajuria in which they discussed the present education scenario and issues and problems being faced by the school education community for long time. According to press release, the speakers in the meeting laid stress on the early regularization of Jt. Directors, CEOs, Principals, Lecturers, ZEOs, Headmasters as they are waiting for regularization for many years together whereas some Incharge incumbents retired /expired in I/c capacity. As per the order of placement issued, clearly mentioned that incharge incumbents have to be regularized within 6 months but government is seems not sincere for their regularization. They also demanded immediately removal of pay anomalies of Clerical cadres/Masters cadres. The Chairman of the SEECC, N S Jamwal stressed upon the government to grant the time bound promotion/ Running Grade as per SRO 225 which clearly shows that the pre-revised scale 8000-13500 is a running scale and SEECC demanded the consequential benefits of Running Grade which remove the worst type of stagnation in the +2 Cadre.
