Doda, Sept 12: The district administration has failed to provide the facility of Adhaar registration to the masses at their respective panchayat and village level . There is only one center at district headquarters and people throng the tehsil office Doda for Adhaar registration where they have to wait for hours for their turn.The district administration has turned a deaf ear towards the grievances of general public and there is no alternative to this grave situation. Some opportunists are duping the people and charging money for providing them turn. On the one hand, Adhaar has been made mandatory while on the other there is lack of adequate arrangements for the people whose name has not been registered till date. |
