Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 12: The tall slogan of "Clean and Corruption free", of Narender Modi led coalition government, stands exposed by the working of coalition partners, as they are seeming following the footsteps of their predecessors, by effecting transfers, then modified some in lieu of either allegedly pecuniary benefits or the reasons best known to the authorities concerned.
The ever flourishing transfer industry, which was always line of fire for BJP, being in opposition, is reportedly benefiting the coalition ministers, under whose patronage, the ever flourishing transfer industry is blooming.
One such example is the posting of the a blue eyed doctor who managed to get modified his previous order of transfer after only one month, by retaining his choicest place of posting.
The documents in possession of Early Times reveled that as per Govt. order No 402-HME- of 2016 Dated 08-07-2106, the Doctor, Sanjay Turki had been transferred from District Health Officer (DHO) Jammu to DHO Rajouri and after a month the H&ME Department issued again order of transfers and posting, Govt. Order No 463-HME- of 2016 Dated 11-08-2016, in which same doctor has been transferred from DHO Rajouri to DIO Jammu at his favorite place.
Reliable Sources claimed that a doctor was working as District Health Officer (DHO) Jammu and he was transferred to DHO Rajouri but the same was not happy with his posting at Rajouri then he started to knock doors of higher ups of H&ME department to get back his favorite place after a month hardship, the doctor has succeeded to choice place in Jammu city.
"It's not first incident in the health department, there numbers of modifications have been held due to personal interest of the higher ups and head of the department due to which it is proved that the transfer industry is flourishing in the Department and giving opportunity to those who are not happy with their posting, "Sources alleged.
Frustrating with the attitude of the higher ups of the department who adopted different yardstick for the employees of the same department, a senior doctor wishing anonymity told Early Times that the transfer industry can never restrict by Government especially in health department in State. Genius doctors doing their job where are they posted but the opportunists are taking benefits of dual yardstick of the department.
