Minor knocked to death in road mishap 9/12/2016 11:23:30 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 12: A minor was knocked down to death when an unknown army vehicle hit him at Jourain area. A case stands registered in this regard. "The deceased has been identified as Danish Kumar (8) son of son of Sonu of W-6 Jourian, police sources said. Sources said that today Danish along with his mother was walking along the road side when he was hit by an unknown army vehicle resulting severe injuries to him." "Driver along with vehicle managed to escape from the spot while the profusely bleeding minor was immediately shifted to the nearby Primary Health Centre (PHC) where he was declared as brought dead brought," sources added. Police later shifted to the mortuary of the Sub-Divisional Hospital (SDH) Akhnoor for post-mortem and other legal formalities.
