Rs 10 lakh snatched from petrol pump staffer | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 12: In broad day light, two masked motorcycle borne youth snatched Rs 10 lakh from manager of a Petrol Pump from ever busy Gole Market locality. Police have registered a case in this regard. Police sources said that incident took place when one Charan Dass son of Chajju Ram of Channi Himmat, Manager of the Aar Pee Auto Aids Petrol Pump at Nai Basti went to deposit cash of Rs 10 lakh at Central Bank of India Branch Gole Market behind temple. Sources said that the complainant in his complaint alleged that two Patka clad youth on a black motor cycle without number with masked faces snatched his blue colour bag containing cash from him when he was on his way to petrol pump. Following written complaint, the Police have registered a case in this connection under FIR no 217/16 u/s 382 of RPC at Police Station Gandhi Nagar. Police have started probe while efforts are on to ascertain identities of snatchers and to nab them are on. |
