Two absconders held in separate incidents 10/7/2016 10:49:25 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 7: Police today arrested two absconders who were evading their arrests during separate raids conducted in RS Pura and Kali Jani area. Police spokesman said that one accused identified as Sunny Gupta of W-3 of RS Pura was arrested from R S Pura while other accused namely Vinod Dogra of Kali Jani Jammu was arrested from old city. Police said, "Absconder Vinod Dogra was evading his arrest from past one year in a case under FIR no 177/2011 u/s 279, 337 and 338 of RPC registered at Police Station Pacca Danga. "A warrant u/s 512 CrPC was issued against him court of 3rd Additional Munsiff Judicial Magistrate 1st class Jammu, police said. Police said that on specific information about movement police team led by In-Charge police post Parade, SI Deepak Katoch under supervision of SHO Pacca Danga Ajay Bhat SDPO North Vivek Shekhar and SP North Vinod Kumar conducted a raid and arrested him Meanwhile, RS Pura police today arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest since long. Police sources said that on specific information, party of RS Pura police raided a place and arrested Sunny Gupta.
