Nation facing undeclared emergency like situation under Modi regime: Ex Min Dr Mahohar 11/5/2016 9:36:11 PM Early Times Report jammu, Nov 5: Expressing concerns over the a detenion of Rahul Gandhi Vice President All Indian National Congress Committe (AICC), the former minister and General Secretary Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) today condemned the BJP government for detention of Rahul Gandhi when he was visiting spot where Retd Subedar Ram Krishen Grewal comitted suicide while agitating for OROP since long. Dr Sharma said, "The fake propaganda of BJP government that OROP has implemented while the army personnel still are eluded from the removal of pension anamolies in some cases and it is evident from the agitation at Jantar Mantar." Dr Sharma also condemned the alleged humiliating treatment given to the aggrived family of Retd Subedar Ram Krishen Grewal. Former minister and Congress leader while citing examples of well known personalities from different sections of the society who dare to\ raise voice against the suppression and autocratic style of government said recations from comedian Kapil Sharma, media personalities Ravish Kumar from NDTV, veteran Journalists Akshaya Mukul and Anna Vetticad has indicated this. Dr Sharma further said that the person who dares to speak against wrong policies of Modi government is threatened to face consequences and even media persons or journalists are not spared on this pretext. He flayed central government on imposition of one day ban on NDTV which is an initive to suppress the voice of press and electronic media which is seems to leading the country towards undeclared emergency.
