JAMMU, Nov 14: A fresher's day was organized today by the department of Electrical Engg., at Yogananda College of Engg. &Technology . The chief guest on the occasion was ER. Vidhi S. Singh, Chairman, JGEI. The Guest of Honour was Shivdev Singh Jamwal, Vice Chairman JGEI. They were accompanied by Dr. Seema Narain, Director YCET. The Chief Co-ordinator YCET, Mr BR Verma and the C.O.D of other Departments also witnessed the event along with the entire faculty and staff of Electrical Engg. Dept. The Event started with the lamp lighting ritual. The Chairman JGEI addressed the students with his inspirational thoughts and he adviced the students to best utilize their time and concentrate on academic activities along with fun and joy. Thereafter a sequence of cultural items were performed by the students of Electrical Engg. and concluded with the declaration of Mr. And Miss Fresher Titles. |
