Jammu, Nov 14: Humanity Public School celebrated Children's day as a tribute to the great leader Chacha Nehru and his love for the children Special assembly was conducted by the teachers on the occasion, during which teachers along with students paid tribute to Chacha Nehru by garlanding their picture and showering flowers. Besides this many fun activities like, songs, and poems were presented by the teachers. The management and staff collectively contributed for the occasion and with the collected money they purchased gifts, sweets, and books etc which were distributed among the children.
On the occasion vice principal of the institution, Anku Gaurav Charak said that True education is that which builds character, strengthens the mind, expands the intellect and helps one stand on one's own feet.
Our duty is to strengthen the roots of children and help them take wing as resilient, resourceful individuals.
While principal of the institution Gaurav Charak highlighted the importance of the Children's day and said that children are like buds in a garden and should be carefully and lovingly nurtured as they are the future of the nation and the citizens of tomorrow. He also congratulated the staff and the management for their dedicated service towards the children of the school. |
