Poonch, Nov 14: Acting swiftly Poonch police claimed to have traced missing girl from Poonch and handed her to the parents after completing all legal formalities. 'On November 13 a report was lodged at poonch police station with regard to a 23year-old girl missing from her house," a police officer said. "On sensing the gravity of situation, SSP Poonch J.S Johar constituted a special team of District Police Poonch under the supervision of Mohan Lal Sharma DySP Headquarters Poonch to trace the missing girl, police sources said. Consequently, the team conducted a series of raids at different locations and acting on a tip-off and after going through the Call Detail Reports (CDRs), traced the missing girl from a remote village of poonch. Police is further investigating the matter. |
