Mandi tehsil complex without officials 11/17/2016 10:27:27 PM Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report Poonch, Nov 17: Poonch, Deputy commissioner Poonch Mohammed Harun Malik has taken a strong action against 66 employees of different departments, who were absent from their duties on 15th of November 2016. He on the occasion directed all the tehsildars to make surprise visits to the different institutions and take action against all irresponsible employees of the different departments. Mean time the people of Poonch appreciated this sympathetic step of Malik and said 'first time they have an honest district officer in Poonch'. Besides Javid Iqbal Reshi, the chairman of famous social organization Jammu and Kashmir Insaaf Movement on Thursday visited the Mandi tehsil complex and found tehsil officers absent from their offices. Reshi informed tehsildar Mandi Abdul Qyoom in this regard and discussed the issue, where he said there are thirteen tehsil level offices inside of a single complex only three officers among thirteen were present on Thursday. Reshi speaking with media said that only tehsildar, Naib tehsildar, finances officer (Treasury officer) and Horticulture were present while all remaining tehsil officers were absent during all working hours.
