Locals hold massive protest against PHE department, allege unfairness with locals 11/17/2016 10:28:18 PM Sarfraz Chak Early Times Report Mandi, Nov 17: People of Qazi Mohra, ward number 1 of Poonch held a massive protest against mindless public health engineering (PHE) department. According to the sources the protesters were raising slogans against the concern department and district administration and alleged the carelessness. The protesters on the occasion showed their surprise over interminable carelessness of the said department and said they had blocked the same road many times for the same issue. They expressed anguish over incompetent attitudes of the legislators and said the people of ward number 1 of city are not given the basic facilities. Imran Mehmood, Mohd Zahid, Gulzar Ahmed and many asked a question to district administration that if the attitude with the people living in city is so, what kind of facilities must be provided in rural villages? They appealed to deputy commissioner Poonch Mohammed Harun Malik to fulfill their needs as early as possible. Later SHO Poonch reached at the spot and assured protesters that their genuine demands will be solved by administration at earliest.
