| Rashid nominated as Referee for Commonwealth Fencing Championship | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, July 20: Sub-inspector in Jammu and Kashmir Police Rashid Ahmed Choudhary has been nominated as Referee for Junior and Cadet Commonwealth Fencing Championship is going to be held at Newcastle England from July 22nd to 31st, 2018.
He is the only world Fencing Federation and Asian Fencing confederation B Grade Qualified Referee of the state. It is pertinent to mention that he is conferred with State Award and Sher -e -Kashmir award and Director General of Police Medal for his achievements in the field of Sports. The Indian fencing Team is cleared by MYSS.
Sub Inspector Rashid Ahmed extends highly thanks to DGP J&K SP Vaid IPS, and AK Choudhary IPS ADGP armed to depute him for the Championship Meanwhile J&K Amateur fencing association patron Vijay Sharma also extend congratulations to the nominee for such a great achievement. |
