| KAM castigates regularization of casual workers | | | | Jammu, July 20: Kalakote Assembly Movement (KAM) has alleged major fraud committed by PDP, BJP led J&K government with the educated unemployed youth of State by regularizing casual workers in different departments. In a meeting which held at Kalakote under the leadership of L.R. Sehgal, President of the Kalakote Assembly Movement (KAM) it is alleged that the government of Jammu and Kashmir has always a wrong policy towards the educated unemployed youth and has a tradition from the years in which it is appointing the employees in different departments as casual labourers and daily wagers without making any advertisement and through the backdoor entries by violating the norms of service selection process. They further said the government is one side appointing even class 4th employees on the basis of a prescribed qualifications including merit and interviews, but in the other hand backdoor appointed casual labourers are being regularized either without any prescribed qualification, interview as well as merit or on the basis of fake qualification and date of birth certificates. |
