Several join Shiv Sena | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 28: Amidst ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Shivsena Jammu and Kashmir unit's urged the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to speed-up evacuation process and bring back all the Indians residing in Ukraine at the earliest with the help Indian Air Force and other private airlines. Speaking at the program organized at Party Central Office Jammu, State President, Manish Sahni said that around 250 students of Jammu and Kashmir are stuck in different cities of Ukraine. He added that 22-year-old Aman Singh, son Rajendra Singh from Thakra Kot Tehsil of Reasi district has taken shelter in the basement of a Ukraine Metro Station and appealed to the Indian government for his rescue. Sahni said that after Putin's threat of nuclear attack, the concern of parents has increased. He appealed to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take adequate measure and bring back all the Indian nationalists trapped at Ukraina by utilizing the services of IAF and private airlines without any further delay. Meanwhile, under the ongoing membership drive, dozens of youths including Dheeraj Singh of Jammu's divisional area took membership of the party. Sahni said that due to the policies of Shiv Sena and raising voice on public issues, people are looking at Shivsena as a political alternative. In the membership campaign program organized in village Champora of Kupwara district of Kashmir Valley, dozens of local people, including a large number of women, took membership of the party. |
