| Months on, ICDS supervisors remain without salary | | |

SRINAGAR, Feb 28: ICDS supervisors and helpers today carried out a protest demonstration in support of their demands and urged the Jammu & Kashmir administration to release their salary that is pending for months together.
The protesters said that they have been forced to come on streets and lodge protest in support of their demands. They said that their children and other family members are passing through times since the salary has been withheld for the reasons best known to them.
The protesters said that they approached the court in this regard adding that the court also gave a verdict in their favour.
They said despite this there has been no relief and salary continues to be denied to them. They urged LG Manoj Sinha to order for immediate release of their salary. |
