While the State Cabinet has hinted at BR Sharma taking over as the next boss of the bureaucracy, voices within the Government are hell bent on creating confusion. Quarters within the Civil Secretariat are propagating that Sharma is junior to at least to four IAS officers - Ashok Kumar Angurana, Arun Kumar, his wife Sonali Kumar and Khursheed A Ganai and thus "couldn't be given the top charge."
