| GMCE organizes Alumni meet | | |

Jammu, Mar 3: Gandhi Memorial College of Education (GMCE) today organized an Alumni meet to deliberate on various issues concerning the professional development of the students, besides standardization of the institute.
As per press release, the objective of the meet was to bring all the alumni on a single platform to exchange ideas for the professional development of the students.
On the occasion, Principal of the college, Prof GL Koul was the chief guest, who in his welcome address said that the role of alumni has been tremendous in the sudden rise of the institute as it is on the basis of their valuable experiences and feedback that the institute has achieved present position.
A large gathering attended the Alumni meet and shared their experiences and further recalled their memorable stay in the College. They also conveyed their heartfelt gratitude to the college management and teachers for providing them the right kind of training and environment.
Among those present were eminent educationists and intellectuals from various educational Institutes including, Prof. BL Thusoo, Dr AK Sapru, Prof Ramma Koul, Dr. Usha Tickoo and Prof GL Koul. Prof NK Dhar also spoke and gave his valuable suggestions for the development of the college. |
