| Workshop on Bloom's Taxonomy organized | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 3: Under the Staff Development Programme at Jodhamal a workshop on Bloom's Taxonomy was organized yesterday by the Principal Trilok Singh Bist in the Edulive Hall of the school.
Around 60 teachers participated in this workshop in which Dr. Benjamin Bloom's six levels of learning were discussed in a very interesting manner. Each teacher participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. The session started with a Power Point Presentation prepared specially for the requirement of the school keeping in mind the six levels of Learning according to Bloom's Taxonomy. Dr. Bloom being a teacher, thinker and inventor put his thinking of thinking in the form of Bloom's Taxonomy which is taught to each trainee teacher during B.Ed. but with passage of time the reinforcement is the only key to get the student's the benefit of the best learning levels.
In this we are made to know how to think about thinking. All the teachers were given the task to take all six levels of learning according to Dr. Bloom in consideration and accomplish the task given to them in a group of 6 each. |
