Coalition framed ill- conceived common agenda to appease fundamentalists: KPC Chief | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 3: Cautioning the ambitious community (KP) activists and leaders not to bow/beg for the nomination of MLC or junior minister rank in the state, the Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) today said it is against the interest of the community and country because of the ill-advised common agenda of alliance -the BJP and PDP which is aimed to appease over all aspirations of the fundamentalists of the valley.Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) Chief Kundan Kashmiri today stated that no doubt Kashmiri Pandit representative or Minister in the state cabinet have helped the Govt of J&K to take a clinical insight in to the miseries of the Kashmiri Pandit community, but his(KPs) induction as a member or a Minister in the present BJP--PDP coalition is not in the overall interest of Nationalist communities like Kashmiri Pandits."This is because the said coalition has framed up such a common agenda for six years governance which is ill- advised, ill- conceived and fulfills the overall aspirations of the fundamentalists of the valley, he added. "This common agenda is not for integrating, but disintegrating the state of J&K by initiating talks with Pakistan, Hurriyat and other separatists on so- called issue of Kashmir and heading gradually towards removal of AFSPA to give further room to militants and pro- PAK elements to promote the interests of Pakistan and Jihadi elements, KPC chief said.He however apprehended this common agenda stands for another displacement (Migration) of Kashmiri Pandits which will be most harmful for the community. "This common agenda even sealed a pact between the two partners over Article 370 to neither debate nor abrogate it, he said while adding, " This BJP-PDP common agenda demoralized the nation- list forces, Army and security forces and encouraged the anti- national elements, separatists and militants in the valley. |
