KARGIL, Mar 8: Snow Sports Club successfully conducted the sub-junior ice hockey camp in collaboration with J&K Tourism Department, Kargil and J&K Ice Hockey Association at Pargive, Chiktan in Kargil district of Leh recently.
At the end of this camp, a competition was organised wherein six teams took part and contested for the top honours. In the final, Dragon Club defeated Chourabs Club by six goals to nil. The third place went to Saichen Club. Syed Mehdi was declared best player of the tournament.
In the closing function of this camp and tournament, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Chiktan, Chand Kishore Sharma was the chief guest.
Earlier, general secretary of the Snow Sports Club, Aman Ali Khan presented a brief report of the activities held during the week. |
