While talking to "Early Times" many aspirants slammed the officials of the Public Service Commission for their failure to complete the selection process which is pending since last over 19 months.
"19 months is too long for completion of any selection process-the responsibility should be fixed on the non performers who are playing with the sentiments of unemployed youth who are already facing dearth of jobs, both in government as well as in private sector in state of Jammu and Kashmir" said job aspirant, adding that there is a need to fix the time frame of not more than 6 months for completion of selection process.
Another aspirant said that JKPSC as well as JKSSRB have failed to rise to the expectation as many posts referred to the two prime recruiting agencies of the state by the government are yet to be filled up.
Many job aspirants applied for AE Mechanical posts have already crossed the upper age limit. They urged upon the Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed to issue directions to JKPSC to complete the selection process in next two to three months so that the job aspirants who had applied for these posts do not suffered any further.
