JAMMU, June 10: Sandeep Verma lifted the Mr. Jammu Classic title during First Jammu Classic Body Building Competition held here.
Sandeep Verma is also got 5th place in Sr. National Body Building competition 2014 held at Aurangabad, Maharashtra, Sandeep secured Mr. J&K Gold Medal 2014 and also Mr. Chandigarh Gold Medal 2014. The overall prize money of Rs. 21,000/- was also given to Sandeep Verma.
The event was organized by Narinder Singh Ninda, Amit Magotra, Sudhir Gupta, Manu Khajuria and Sunny Jamwal.
On the occasion, the Chief Guest was Shamsher Singh, MP Rajya Sabha, whereas guest of honours were Sham Singh Shera, Mr. World and Dharminder Singh Mr. World, Mr Europe and Mr. India.
In 50 to 55 kg category, Sanjay Taloch, Jugal Kumar and Sushant Manhas claimed gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
In 55 to 60 kg category, Sahil Sarmal, Abhimanyu Bhargav and Parveen Kumar Sharma claimed gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
In 60 to 65 kg category, Shubam, Mehraj and Raman Chib bagged gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
In 65 to 70 kg category, Sandeep Verma, Sharmik Mahajan and Nikhil Raina claimed gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
In 70 to 75 kg category, Javed, Ishan Gupta and Pranav Sharma claimed gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
In 75 to 80 kg category, Aakash Bhasin, Parmveer and Akashy Tickoo claimed gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
In 80 to 85 kg category, Vikas Thappar and Dinesh Manhas claimed gold and silver medals respectively.
In 85 to 90 kg category, Rahul Singh Jamwal, Ravinder Singh and Bunty Kumar bagged gold, silver and bronze medals respectively. |
