Early Times report JAMMU, June 10: Carrying forward their campaign against one of the BJP spokespersons for his remarks against senior RSS functionary Indresh Kumar, Sangh Swayamsevaks are now seeking opinion of public as well as senior RSS leaders over his (BJP Spokesperson) expulsion from the party (BJP). "We are trying to know from the general public as well as senior RSS leaders, who have dedicated their lives for the interests of Jammu and the nation, over what should be the fate of BJP spokesperson, who dared to speak against Indresh Kumar", said a Swayamsevak wishing anonymity. "The decision to take a public opinion has emerged because the die-hard RSS cadre as well as a section of BJP workers is not at all amused over the BJP Spokesperson's tongue waggling", he added. Without naming anyone, he added that some senior BJP leaders having roots in RSS are also being contacted to know their feelings about the disrespect of RSS Stalwart Indresh Kumar by the BJP spokesperson. "Even we have been assured by the senior BJP leaders that the Party Spokesperson who had contradicted the statement of Indresh Kumar will be shown doors but as per the constitution of the party", he told Early Times. It may be recalled that on June 5, 2015, over 50 Swayamsevaks including Madan Lal Abrol, Narayan Dutt Raina, Judge (Retd), Paviter Singh, Dev Raj Gupta, Dr. Raj Kumar Sharma, Jagdish Sharma, Jagdish Dogra, Narpati Sharma, Pitambar Sharma, Kuldeep Baro, Des Raj Sharma had passed a resolution at Geeta Bhawan, Jammu to condemn the remarks passed by the BJP spokesperson against the RSS leader. The BJP spokesperson while denouncing the statement of Indresh Kumar that a sense of dissatisfaction is developing among Jammuites against PDP-BJP coalition government's functioning had said that the RSS has its own standpoint and BJP has nothing to do with it. |
