| Swankha locals celebrate Guru Kabir Ji's Birthday | | |

Vijaypur, June 15: People of Swankha and devotees of Saint Kabir today celebrated birthday of Guru Kabir Ji Maharaj Birthday at Swankha under the chairmanship of Tirath Ram Bhagat.
During the occasion Tirath Ram Bhagat and others offered their obeisance to Guru Kabir Ji Maharaj and sought holy blessings for their welfare and prosperity.
Earlier speaking on the occasion Tirath Ram Bhagat said that we should follow the foot step of Guru Kabir Ji Maharaj. Speakers also paid tribute to Amar Nath who sacrificed his life for sake of Schedule Caste (SC) Community and exhorted the community members to do best at their own for the betterment of down trodden community. After religious rituals a Guru Ka langer was served to the devotees.
Among prominent present on this occasion were Dr Buti Ram president, Joginder Singh Bhagat, Manohar Lal Bhagat, Sain Dass Bhagat, Milkhi Ram Bhagat, Babu Ram Bhagat and others. |
