TCC holds meet, discusses teachers' problems 6/16/2015 12:35:09 AM Early Times Report Kathua, June 15: A meeting of Teachers Co-ordination Committee was held at Billawar under the Chairmanship of Amar Nath Thakur Provincial president School Education Employees Co Ordination Committee Jammu to discuss the teachers problems of zone Malhar. In the meeting large number of teachers participated and put forth their demands which included Non adjustment of 10% deducted amount of teachers under NPS Scheme (SSA) and matching share since 1-1-2010 to May 2013 amounting Rs 60 lakhs. An enquiry was also conducted by CEO Kathua ,D.C Kathua but GPF of teachers is still unadjusted which is a matter of great concern .All teachers demanded adjustment of their GPF immediately and issuing the GPF statements to all teachers as per the order of Director School Education Jammu vide Order no.122 DSEJ of 2015 dated 31-03-2015. Teachers complained that ZEO is not issuing the GPF statements in the light of RTI Act 2009 also which is violation of law, clearing pending liability of MDM for the year 2014-2015, Handing office charge of ZEO Mathar to Jr. Assisstant, ZEPO Malhar inspite of teachers, Constitution committee to conduct enquiry of GPF bunglings by CEO Kathua, Non Completion of service books of teachers by ZEO Malhar, releasing arrears of teachers under SRO 222 of 2011 , Non distribution of complete sets of free text books for students.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
