Gandoh, June 15: Radio Kashmir Jammu organized a Poetic symposium and Folk music concert in Gojri language today at Gandoh, Block Bhalessa which is a far flung area of Distt Doda before invited audience.
According to press release, the three hours long programme was organised in open air Complex ground to a jam packed audience who were thrilled by the presence of prominent poets as well as singers for the first time in their region.
At the start of the programme four books were also released by Tehsildar Gandoh Din Mohammad Afaque, Station Director Radio Kashmir Jammu VK Sambyal, Former Minister and MLA Mohd Sharief Niaz, SDPO BL Ganjoo and other prominent citizens.
Gojri Books Teer Trikha by Sofi Hashim Din, Asrar by Khakan Sajjad, Nazak Khyal by Basharat Nazik and Jan-E-Ghazal by Jan Mohammad Hakeem were released on the occasion. |
