NCP mourns demise of Sudesh Chopra 7/8/2015 11:33:19 PM Early Times Report jammu, July 8: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has condoled the demise of Smt. Sudesh Chopra wife of Vijay Kumar Chopra, editor in chief of Punjab Kesri Group of newspapers. A condolence meeting was held in the central office NCP which was presided over by Former Minister Thakur Randhir Singh NCP chief J&K state.
