Uncle, nephew killed in road accident 7/8/2015 11:33:44 PM Early Times Report rajouri, July 8: Maternal uncle and his nephew were killed on spot near Rajouri city in the afternoon today when a rashly driven Tata Mobile coming from opposite side hit the motor cycle from front on which they were on way to Rajouri. Police said the deceased have been identified namely as 23 years old Mukhtar Ahmed s/o Haji Mohd Latief and his nephew Zaffar Hussain (17) s/o Haji Mohd Hanief both residents of Village Nagrota. "The duo were on way to Rajouri on motor cycle bearing registration number JK 11-6531 and a Tata Mobile vehicle bearing registration No JK11-2261 driven by Mohd Kahliq while over taking a vehicle hit the motor cycle near Muradpur," police said adding, " the impact of collision was high that the driver and pillion rider were killed on spot." People from nearby shops rushed to accident spot and also informed the police. After legal formalities police have registered a case against the Tata Mobile driver under sections 304/279 RPC and after postmortem handed over the bodies to the family members for their last rites. Meanwhile some reliable sources said that the Tata Mobile that hit the motorcycle actually was bearing registration No JK11-3916 but police have seized Tata Mobile with registration No JK11-2261.
