PGBSA office bearers nominated 7/8/2015 11:47:13 PM Early Times Report jammu, July 8: Parade Geeta Bhawan Shopkeepers Association (PGBSA) today constituted a new body in which they nominated office bearers. According to press release, Dr. Neeraj Sharma was nominated as Chairman of Association. While Vijay Kumar Baru as President, Surinder Kumar Bhagat as Senior Vice President , J. S.
