jammu, July 8: Four people were killed and 5 others injured in different road accidents in Jammu region today, police said. Three persons were killed and five others injured when a vehicle they were travelling in rolled down into a deep gorge in Darmathal belt of Udhampur district this evening, police officials said. The deceased have been identified as Nitu Devi (23), Kapoor Chand (42) and Rimpy (15), they said, adding, that the injured have been admitted to hospital. In a second incident, a child identified as Tadil was crushed to death by a truck in Bagga belt of Mahore tehsil of Reasi district today, police said. |
