Prof. Nusrat takes charge as regional secretary RCS 8/6/2015 12:02:09 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 5: Prof. Nusrat Andrabi today took over the charge of Honorary Secretary, Regional Red Cross Committee, Kashmir from Abdul Jabbar Chaket (KAS Rtd.) who served the Committee for the past 4 years with great devotion and dedication. According to press release, General Secretary, IRCS J&K State Branch, Roma Wani, welcomed Nusrat Andrabi. While welcoming the change, Roma Wani hoped that Prof. Andrabi would be instrumental in taking the Red Cross movement to the newer horizons in future.
