Poonch, Aug 5: Expressing anguish over the callous attitude of PDP-BJP Government towards border dwellers in the wake of continued shelling on the Line of Control, Provincial Youth National Conference President Ajaz Jan alleged the administration has miserably failed to cope up the situation and coming to the rescue of the victims.
In Statement issued here, Jan expressed concern over the miseries being inflicted on the border people and said the administration showed high degree of insensitivity by not even making the arrangements for shifting two civilians, including a young girl child, to hospital for treatment.
"But for the timely help rendered by the Army, the victims would have been left to suffer by this insensitive and ineffective government", he said, adding that the coalition stands exposed for being lackadaisical towards the problems of the people. |
