Jammu, Aug 5: Lambasting BJP for not setting up AIIMS in Jammu the Movement for Peace, Equality and Justice, the called care taker of Jammu are hoodwinking with Jammuites. According to press release, a meeting of MPEJ was held here today, speaking on the occasion, the members said that the active participation of Congress & NC in the ongoing AIIMS agitation is just like a cat protesting over the disappearance of meat that was kept under its custody and was consumed by non other but itself. "All the gross injustices committed in the past with Jammu region were
by either the Congress or NC governments. The public is now wise enough to understand that the sympathy which the Congress and NC
leaders are showing towards Jammu region is nothing but crocodile tears and a brazen opportunism", they said.
They further said that for the first 2 days, of the strike, all the people of Jammu including BJP supporters had jumped into the agitation but when they saw that opportunist Congress and NC leaders have joined the agitation to malign the BJP/PDP government, they distanced themselves from it and that is why the agitation on the 5th day seemed to have weakened reckon ably.
"We have been always awakening the people for last 10 years about the dirty game played by the BOSE authorities in connivance with Education Department at the helm of affairs with the patronage of the Congress & NC high-up's with the result the frauds of grave nature had been played by the BOSE and exposed Dr. Bashir Ahmed Sheikh, former Chairman BOSE have now fallen the snare of the crime branch", they said, adding that it was clear that majority of colleges are run by the politicians along with Education department and Kashmir University officials. |
